Music in the City Hall: 80s Invasion, China Crisis and Courtney Pine Cancelled
26 Feb 2016
Unfortunately, three of the four Music in the City Hall performances due to take place at Sheffield City Hall on Thursday 17th, Friday 18th and Saturday 19th March 2016 have been cancelled at the request of the promoter.
The cancelled performances are 80s Invasion, China Crisis and Courtney Pine.
However, Music in the City Hall: Spring Into Music on Sunday 20th March will be going ahead as planned, with Keith Peters' Big Band, Unite the Union Brass Band and Abbeydale Singers set for an afternoon of wonderful music in the glorious surroundings of Sheffield City Hall.
All tickets for the cancelled performances will be refunded automatically.
The following is a statement from the promoter:
"Music in the City Hall regret that, for reasons outside of its control, it has been necessary to cancel a number of its shows scheduled to take place at the Sheffield City Hall in the week commencing 14 March. The cancelled shows are 80s Invasion (17 March), Courtney Pine (18 March) and China Crisis (19 March). Full refunds will of course be given, and the Summer programme of Music in the Gardens is not otherwise affected."
We apologise for any inconvenience this unexpected cancellation may have caused.
All ticket holders will be contacted but if you have any further questions please don't hesitate to contact the Sheffield City Hall Box Office team at email@example.com.
